Sights (and frights) of London!

Both kids are fussy and need to get to bed so I don't have time to give much of an update. Grammie and I took the kids into London for the afternoon and had a lot of fun. It is an hour-long train ride and they were both champs, going there and coming back. The pictures mostly speak for themselves...will write more tomorrow...!

Peeking out the window with Grammie. Diego LOVED the train ride.

Alexia fell fast asleep on our way into London

Diego loved sitting here, but had a little accident when the train came to a screeching hault. It scared him, but he didn't get hurt

The countryside

The London Eye - or as Diego says "Circle GRANDE"

Diego missed his nap so was very tired and wanted me to carry him down the stairs...quite a load!

This is the train station we arrived into

Some of the street performers scared Diego, but he liked this one

Snuggle-bug!

On the train ride back to Windsor. Diego was being very silly because he was (is) so tired

I'm very, very jealous!:) You guys look like you're having so much fun!! seeing your pics brings back memories of when I was 6 and my family lived in Scotland for a year. During a day trip to London, I actually got totally separated from the rest of my family for a few hours since the side walks were so busy...a kind man was trying to get me into a taxi to be taken to the police station where my parents would be contacted. Thankfully, one of my brothers spotted me in time and rescued me before they were able to take me! Anyways, just remembered that and thought I'd share! Keep a close eye on Diego!!!;)
