The family left on Sunday morning, but Tio Roby didn't depart until Sunday night so we enjoyed an extra day with him! Here's the happy uncle with his brood at church:
After church on Sunday, the kids and I went to Christy's to celebrate Jack and Sophia's baptism. It was a really special time and we were so blessed to be a part of this big day for their family!
After lunch and afternoon play at Christy's, Ricardo and Roberto took the kids to shoot some balls at a nearby golf course and the kids were thrilled! Of course Lucia and I napped while they did that :)
Ricardo took the week off between Christmas and New Years and it was simply wonderful!
Ricardo taught the children school on Monday morning and they loved it. We always start our schoolday off with bible reading and a short story about a missionary which usually takes 10-20 minutes. Ricardo was asking the kids questions and they were getting restless and Diego said "Daaaad! We've been studying the bible for an hour and fifteen minutes now!" Ha! Ha! I love it. I told him I should go find a job and let him take over teaching ;)
The perfect breakfast for me - pannetonne and coffee!
Auntie Dawn sent the children huge boxes with a stuffed animal for each. They cannot get enough of them and sleep with them every night. I had to take pictures of them the first night: Way too cute!
