Day One - Cozumel

The flight was a breeze - only 2hrs 17min.  Here we are on our bus ride from the airport to the hotel.
This is a pic of our room which overlooks the ocean.  We had an ocean suite with a connecting double queen room.  I have explained to the children that normal people do not travel like this.  We only get these super duper rooms because of daddy's job and it will not be like this forever!  These children are spoiled!!  We are always greeted with amazing amenities (countless gifts for the children, fresh fruit, juices, etc)
We changed into our swimsuits right away and hit the beach.

Life in paradise means straight from the beach to dinner-no need to shower or change :)  (I actually much prefer to shower and change for dinner so this was the only night that we skipped that)
I had to take some time to study the menu because the options were just too good and too many!

This table had the most gorgeous view, over looking the beach and the ocean.  Absolutely dreamy.  The food completely exceeded our expectations.  When we were in Aruba two years ago we were not happy with the food and I told Ricardo that I would love our next beach vacation to be to Mexico so we could enjoy amazing food.  Yes, I chose our destination based on food (and I wasn't even pregnant then!)  And boy, did we eat!

The sunset pictures below were taken from my chair at dinner:

A shot of the pool as we walked back to our room.

Day one in paradise was a success!
