Last Friday we went to visit Ricardo at the office. Lucia had never been so there were many people awaiting her arrival! Ricardo's wonderful assistant, Paola (pictured above) sent me these pics today.

So yesterday was our last day of summer so I told the kids I'd do no work...no dishes, no cleaning, no laundry...nada. We played games all.morning.long and it was so fun. We got dressed around 11;00 and headed to the park for a picnic lunch with the Irby's. Lucia had her first swing and absolutely loved it! She smiled so big I noticed she's cutting her first tooth!!
From the park, we went to get haircuts for two big kids, home to shower and then out to mellow mushroom for dinner. Hannah and Benjamin met us there and it was super fun! Adios summer, it's time to hit the books!

And the weekend came to a close with a 2:00p lunch before hitting the road.
What a special weekend it was. We drove away with hearts full of great memories and much gratitude.

After breakfast this morning, we went to the apartment to pack and hang out and wait for the rain to pass. Then we walked aways to get to this amazing labyrinth. The kids did awesome and absolutely looooooved it!
