This Sunday's ethnic meal was to a Mexican place! We are studying North America in school so we'll try to match up cuisines with our curriculum.

We went to Dunwoody Food Truck night for dinner tonight and it was so much fun. We picked up two different neighbors to join us and everyone had a great time. Here's a pic of the crew enjoying their ice creams!!

I took Marco for allergy testing last week at the suspicion that he may have some allergies that are contributing to his speech.  It came out that he's allergic to soy, peanuts and eggs.  It is not clear if this is manifesting itself in some of the symptoms we're seeing, but we've been advised to keep him off those foods for 6 weeks and see if there's improvement...

Our dear friend, Hannah had a baby boy while we were in Washington.  We went to meet him last week and couldn't get enough of his cuteness.

Below is a series of pictures of Lucia holding her first baby.  We were at the Coxes and Alexia was holding Duncan and Lucia crawled up on the couch next to her and put her arms out to ask for the baby.  It may have been one of the cutest things I've ever seen!!!
We were there for 6 hours so of course the kids talked us into a video!

At our first park day, the girls went off to pick flowers for the moms and here we are!
Here's a picture of our park day from last week.  We took Miller along and they all had a blast.

New trash bins were delivered to our neighborhood last week so I let the kids have the thrill of playing in the trash bin for the first and last time.  I put them in, dragged them up and down the driveway, spun them around, and they cackled the whole time!

Marco went to James' birthday party at home depot on Saturday and said it was officially his favorite birthday party he's ever been to.  Ricardo took them and they sure enjoyed the daddy/son time!
We had pizza movie night last Saturday and Peyton joined us.  We watched The Emperor's New Groove and the kids loved it.  When they asked Ricardo and I, "Did you love it!?"  We both said "No, but we enjoyed watching it with you."  They couldn't believe that we didn't LOVE it! :)
On Friday night, Ricardo and I got a babysitter and went out for date night which was wonderful.  We went to art exhibit at church to see some spectacular artwork and then we went out to dinner to a super fun seafood place. It was our 17-year anniversary since we officially met so we had a blast reminiscing!

Ricardo would like to start having ethnic meals every Sunday night.  We started off with a Lebanese meal in Roswell that was outstanding.  The kids loved it and so did we!

Just some cuteness from a typical school day :)

All FOUR kids started gymnastics this week and they think it's the best thing ever.  It's at 3:15 on Mondays so it works great into our schedule.  Lucia and I do the baby class together so it's a lot of fun and the 3 bigs each have their own class - yes, amazing that I found all 4 at the same time!

This was a big week for our family!  Tia Majo passed her exam and is now officially a Veterinarian!  We could not be more thrilled for her and so encouraged by all the ways God has worked in her life through this.  Congratulations, Tia Majo!!!  We love you!!!

I"m not sure if I've shared this, but Ricardo's sister, Ale and her husband Benoit are expecting their first baby!!!!!!!!  We are so excited!!  Here she is at about 19 weeks.

And below is just some baby cuteness:

Lucia took over as teacher last week!
