The Irby's arrived on Saturday to stay with us for a week! We have a house full of 12 people!! The kids are loving it and so are we. Ricardo, Josh and D and A went to church last night and Taylor and I had a delightful evening of card games, tea and chocolate. Once the guys returned, they played chess next to us. Fun times!

This is Ricardo and Diego fighting over Lucia. Poor daddy, as soon as he gets a chance to have her, someone tries to take her away. Diego was saying "I neeeeed her." And Ricardo was saying "no it's MY turn!"

After I put Marco to bed tonight I needed to shower so D and A agreed to take care of Lucia...but they also wanted to read books...so this was the solution.
This is her new sleeping position. Any cuter? Not possible.
We went to a local farmers market yesterday and came home with a chicken that had been killed the night before and lots of fresh goodness. What a lovely summer meal complete with flowers from dear Hannah.

This morning we had homemade scones and scrumptious homemade jam that brownie sent to us.
Yesterday we went to the Coxes from 9:30 to 5:00 and it seriously felt like 2 hours. We had pancake breakfast, lunch and afternoon cake. Callen and Marco learned how to hammer nails, the kids watched a movie, played a ton and mommies enjoyed time together.
Marco had a date with daddy on Saturday. He needed new shoes, but we hadn't realized how badly. He went from size 8.5 to 10.5! So they went shoe shopping and then to Farm Burger for lunch.

After the safari we stopped by sublime for stellar donuts!!
Last week we enjoyed an awesome outing to a wildlife safari 90 minutes south of Atlanta. It was a favorite memory!!!
