We came back to a freezing house and a dead fish, but full of gratitude and joy!  I love being back home!

We are packing our bags for Aruba!!! We depart tomorrow for a week-long vacation. The children are goofy with excitement! We are grateful that the Lord provided this opportunity for us to have a special family trip for the 5 of us before baby girl arrives. When we leave Atlanta in the morning it will be 29 degrees and when we arrive to Aruba it will be 89...yikes! Can't wait!

Marco's dream come true!

Lina is having her baby tomorrow so we had to take one last picture of the baby girls as belly buddies!

We had the entire train to ourselves as we were the only passengers!  We're used to waiting 1+ hour in line so it was a breeze!

Grammie is here this week and we're having a great time!  After school today we went to Chik fil a for lunch and then to ride the Pink Pig.

Big bro and lil sis

Ricardo is in London this week and had the wonderful blessing of spending time with his brother and sister, Diego and Ale!

Happy kids on the train!

I LOVE this picture of the kids, just sad Peter's missing.  He was too busy kissing the goats...really!

Outside the restaurant.  Note to self: do not wear a non-maternity, horizontally striped shirt at 28 weeks pregnant!

Yesterday was "the best day ever!" in Alexia's words.  She made all the requests for the day and we all enjoyed spoiling her.  We had croissants, raspberries and mango for breakfast.  I took donuts to her class at noon and read two books to them which was so much fun.  After school we went straight to the zoo and met Laura and her boys there.  Alexia really wanted papa johns pizza for lunch so we had it delivered to the zoo entrance!  She was thrilled!  The zoo was absolutely gorgeous and we really has a wonderful time.  We went to the zoo when I was in labor with her so it was super special to be there with her on her 6th birthday!
We didn't leave until 4:15, raved home to change clothes and then met Ricardo at Joey D's for an early dinner.  Her request was steak and we all loved the restaurant.
We headed home for carrot cake and presents and she was ecstatic with her presents! We bought her s beautiful necklace with a tiny cross pendant and some clothes.
So that's the details of our doings for the day, but I want to write details of who this 6 yr old girl is.  I'll upload some pics and hopefully tomorrow I can get on my computer to write more!

This precious child is turning SIX tomorrow!!!

After our dinner out, we went to the Grahams for dessert...and some wild play for the daddies and kids.

Trying to get 5 kids in the pic

We went out to dinner with the Grahams last night and had so much fun.  Thomas was so kind to share his pasta and feed it to Marco.  It was the cutest!

Sunday morning child labor!

Post-dinner cuddles with my boy.  He loves to rest his head on my built in pillow.

Jack came to play this week; these two had a blast!

Whenever I take Marco into a public restroom he protests and says he doesn't want to go because it's stinky.  He then proceeds to cover his  nose the whole time we're in there.  I had to take this pic of him at Trader Joes on Friday.  Funny boy!
