We went to visit Ricardo at his office yesterday.  The kids loved it!

Diego and Alexia would agree on who each was in charge of entertaining.  It was so sweet!

Yesterday we had a little Lopez Daycare and it was so much fun!  Benjamin is almost 1 and Sophie just turned 1 so they got along really well and my kids were ecstatic to have two babies to take care of!  Alexia is already asking when we can babysit Benjamin again.

Taco night!  Before dinner I asked Marco if he preferred quesadilla or taco (I was making both).  He asked for quesadilla.  Once dinner was served he really wanted tacos so I obliged.  He ate three whole tacos and Diego ate SIX!  I love how Diego taught him how to tilt his head just so in order to keep the taco fillings from spilling.  Evidenced by the mess, it didn't always work, but they tried.

This is their favorite activity these days.  They've spending hours digging in the dirt lately!

Marco can not say the sounds "g" or "c" so his speech therapist has these flavored sticks that she pushes his tongue down with to force him to pronounce the sounds.  It works perfectly and he loves the sticks.  

Alexia had a fever yesterday so Marco and I stayed home from church with her.  They decided they wanted to have their pita and cheese on the couch.  
I kept her home from school today so M is happy to have a buddy!  She's the sweetest sick patient ever!  Full of joy, spunk and giggles, despite not feeling well.

Ricardo took the big kids golfing today and then to Circle Sushi for lunch.  Meanwhile, Marco and I went to a great park and had a 3 hour nap!

Diego and alexia have done amazing with their summer reading so today we celebrated!  We picked up a pizza and went to a great place for trainspotting (notice the two sets of tracks) which also has an ice cream place called The Frosty Caboose.  So we enjoyed our pizza while seeing countless trains whizz by and then the kids had ice cream.

Aaron and Helen have been staying with us since Wednesday and we're all loving it!  They brought wonderful books from Paris for the kids and here they are enjoying them,
